NEEDS:

• Application Design V1 & V2- There was no application in place for an otherwise physical form/paper-process. The challenge was to create a web application that can be accessed via desktop and optimized for tablet, that dental care providers could easily get verified and onboarded into the MCNA Dental database.

E-Veria changed the way providers were onboarded and credentialed. What was once a very tedious, non-digital workflow, became an efficient and secure process.

Conclusion

Designing this application, both MVP (v1) and Version 2 was an incredibly fulfilling experience that required a high level of dedication and attention to detail. It was a very involved and process-oriented work, as I focused on creating a streamlined and user-friendly experience for providers who were used to the paper process. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting the much needed user research with both in-house users and those in the field, and incorporating iterative feedback, we were able to deliver a tailored solution that not only met functional requirements but also exceeded user expectations. I am proud to have been a part of bringing this product to life.
